Westport Police charge two in rash of Thursday morning car break-ins
Did your vehicle get broken into? Westport police may have your merchandise.
Since early this morning, WPD has responded to several calls for breaking and entering into motor vehicles in the area of Briggs Road, East Briggs Road, Gifford Road and Osborn Street.
Police have two individuals in custody along with numerous bags of recovered items.
WPD has charged Cory St. Pierre and Jeanna Disanti of Westport, with several counts of breaking and entering into motor vehicles for a felony, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and other charges.
If your vehicle was broken into in the area of Briggs Road, East Briggs Road, Gifford Road, and Osborn Street, contact the WPD at (508) 636-1122 to report the incident.
Police warn residents to lock their doors.
