Press Operator – GS Rubber Industries, LLC (Fall River)
Full-time, $12.75 to $13.00 /hour

Working Conditions:
• Employees are required to do hard work every single day.
• The production floor can be a hot working environment.
• Heavy Lifting is required on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete setup and breakdown of molds with little to no supervision.
• Operate press with little to no supervision.
• Trim parts in accordance with technical drawings.
• Read job travelers and interpret technical drawings to determine press setup.
• Complete production records using a computer format to maintain cost, efficiencies, inventory and integrity.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of press, workstation, and immediate press area by following good housekeeping practices.

This Job Is:
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
