JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision and direction of the Physician, Office Manager or designee, make various referral appointments to specialists as ordered by individually assigned Physician. Record medical histories and vital signs of patients in the patients� charts. Administer the appropriate immunizations, medications, and treatments as directed by individually assigned physician. Assist physician/provider with procedures: paps, excisions, suturing and/or removal.Not applicableCurrent LPN or RN license in Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Current CPR certification required. Previous Medical Office experience is desirable. Annual CEU�s as required for individual license and in keeping with own office�s specialty. Five years of related experience is required.
