The National Shrine of La Salette Festival of Lights began on November 26, 2020 and will run until Sunday, January 3, 2021

The Annual Festival of Lights is a beautiful religious light display with more than 400,000 lights covering over 10 acres of land. The lights are generally lit from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Seeing the display is free of charge, but donations are appreciated.

Shrine Director Father Flavio Gillio issued the following statement.

“Here, you will be welcomed by more than 400,000 lights that will brighten your spirit and remind you that, despite these challenging, uncertain, and unprecedented times, we are not left alone: the light of Christ, our Emmanuel – God with us, is in our midst to guide us, to inspire our lives, and to keep our hope alive. Join us and let the “Light from Afar” shine in your heart and around you.”

-At 8:30 pm, all buildings open to the public will close. A reminder will be announced at 8:00 pm. Please plan accordingly.
