Looking for information on mail-in ballots and registering to vote for the Fall River municipal election? You have come to the right place.

Chairman & Director Chief of Elections Ryan Lyons wants to remind all residents about the upcoming deadlines pertaining to Voter Registration and Voting by Mail.

The last day to Register to Vote for the November 7th biennial municipal election is on Saturday, October 28th. The election office will be open for special registration hours from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Anyone who would like to register that day is asked to enter Government Center via the Third Street entrance. The Board of Elections office is located on the sixth floor, Room #636. In addition, residents can submit an online voter registration through the website of Secretary Galvin at: Online Voter Application (state.ma.us). Registrations must be received by 5:00 P.M. on October 28th.

The deadline to apply for a Mail-In or Absentee Ballot is by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 31st. If you would like to request a mail-in ballot, please submit your application as soon as possible. Voters can request an application by calling the election office at 508-324-2630, by downloading an application from the Board of Elections webpage, or by submitting an application through the website of Secretary Galvin at: Voting by Mail (state.ma.us). Applications must be received by 5:00 P.M. on October 31st.
