Fall River police looking for robbery suspect
Fall River police are looking for the public’s help to catch a robbery suspect.
On May 24th, at approximately 3:30 am the male pictured entered the Speedway located at 15 Eastern Avenue Fall River and requested to buy cigarettes. When the 26-year-old clerk opened the register to complete the exchange, the male jumped onto and over the counter and grabbed the register. After a brief struggle with the clerk, the cash draw fell out of the register and onto the floor. The male grabbed cash from the floor and fled.
The suspect is described as:
White male, approximately 40 years old, height 5’ 8”, weight 210 lbs, bald, no facial hair, wearing white sneakers, blue hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head, and a black north face pullover.
