Fall River Police charge 3 after drugs, gun, and thousands in cash seized

Three are facing charges after an investigation by the Fall River Police Department.

According to Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, on Monday, the Vice, Gang, and Intelligence Unit conducted a surveillance operation in the South End of the city.

During that operation, detectives received credible information that a male was in possession of a firearm as well as illegal narcotics. While conducting the surveillance operation, they observed that individual entering a vehicle. A short while later, the detectives initiated a motor vehicle stop. During the investigation officers recovered a Polymer 80 9mm firearm, 10 rounds of 9mm
ammunition, 17.85 grams of crack cocaine, and $2010 in cash.

Jullianni Berrios 20, was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license to carry, possession of a large capacity firearm, carrying a loaded firearm without a license to carry, possession of a large capacity firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession with intent to distribute a class B drug.

Cohen Chauvin, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of a class B substance. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

The operator of the motor vehicle will be charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

    To everyone saying they arent from fall river, they are. I recognize one of the men depicted. They used to bully me in middle school frequently and it is very sunny seein what has become of them
