On Monday, April 29th, 2019 at approximately 2:00 am Officers of the Fall River Police Department were dispatched to Brightman Street in response to a report of a fight in the street and a firearm being pointed at a female.

On arrival Officer Brendan McNerney spoke to a 47-year-old female and a 44-year-old male, both of Fall River, who stated they observed a female pushed to the ground with two males standing over her.
