By now, everyone has received their first tax bill of the year. While tax rates in Bristol County are on the decline, property values continue to rise, off-setting the potential savings in reduced rates. The 2024 residential property tax rate in Fall River is $11.49 per $1000, down 6.36% over 2023. But where does Fall River compare with surrounding cities and towns?

    Who the heck would pay $1M dollars for that? They couldn’t get $1M for Maplecroft
