ULTA Beauty adding second area location with retail spot at Dartmouth Mall



ULTA Beauty will now have a second area location including Fall River’s SouthCoast Marketplace.

PREIT, a developer and operator of retail and entertainment locations, has announced it has signed a lease with ULTA for 7,500 square feet at Dartmouth Mall that will open in the fall.

“ULTA, joining Burlington and Aldi, furthers our diverse tenant mix at Dartmouth Mall, exemplifying our commitment to delivering innovative and dynamic offerings that differentiate our properties from traditional malls and support our vision for long-term growth at the property,” said Joseph Coradino, CEO of PREIT. “PREIT has been a leader in replacing department stores, counting 20 in the past 7 years, with ULTA rounding out our proactive recapture of Sears at Dartmouth Mall, solidifying its strong position in the marketplace.”

Dartmouth Mall is a prime example of PREITs “Winner Take All” property segment as the only enclosed mall remaining in the region. The mall continues to be a destination for shoppers which includes Burlington, Aldi, AMC Theatres, Workout World and more.

ULTA will offer more than 20,000 prestige and mass beauty products across categories such as makeup, fragrance, haircare, skincare bath & body products both online and in-store. ULTA’s presence represents an exciting opportunity to provide customers with top-of-the-line brand offerings.
