Trott Lee is stepping down as Executive Director of the Veterans Association of Bristol County.

The 39 year old Lee, who has been overseeing the operation located at 755 Pine Street in Fall River, gave the board his notice about a week ago. Lee will be stepping down from the Director position in April to give the organization enough time to seek his replacement and allow time for Lee to train the new hire.

Lee took over in January of 2018 and feels it is the time to get back to a profession he loves now that the Center is in a good place. “I took time away from doing full time clinical work to help with the Veterans’ Center. Now that they are definitely on the right track, I can go back to what I went to school for (Boston University Master’s in Social Work), and what I’m licensed in (Licensed Clinical Social Work [LCSW]). I was doing part time clinical work, but it’s time to get back into full time work for me.”

Fred “Doc” Ramsay, President of the Veterans Association, stated that Trott leaving was a surprise. The position has been posted for a few days. If you are interested in applying for the position, click on the following link Executive Director at Veterans Association of Bristol County, Inc.
