Client Support Specialist – Emagine
We’re looking for a Full Time, Client Support Specialist, for immediate start, to monitor and resolve support tickets related to websites built on WordPress of leading pharmaceutical, high-tech, bio-tech, healthcare, and manufacturing companies in our Fall River, MA office. This is not a web developer position.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance through Zendesk, over the phone or email as well as Record events, problems and their resolution.
• Implement content and perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits on clients’ websites.
• Communicate effectively on the phone, in web meetings and in written form, using our ticket management software (Zendesk).
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to WordPress websites.
• Train clients when needed and follow up to ensure issues have been resolved.
• Communicate feedback or suggestions from clients to the appropriate internal team.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
• Work with Project Managers on larger projects to help provide implement content and perform QA

Requirements:
• WordPress Administration
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic WordPress issues
• Project Management
• Zendesk (Preferred, not required)

• Previous Client/Customer Support Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical aptitude with computers and willingness to learn
• Demonstrated positive and professional conduct
• Proficiency in English
