A new establishment is headed to Fall River that will consist of three dining experiences in one location.

37 Purchase Street will be the home of Townhouse Place according to RLJ Group. The group, consisting of Rosa Fernandes, Jenny Fernandes, and Luis Bettencourt, plan to operate the three experiences once the closing is complete and renovations are made which is estimated to take about 6 months.

The three principal owners have experience in the field, working at the former Cinderella Restaurant and current BarCa Restaurant on Columbia Street.

Two of the three sections will consist of a sports bar serving items such as appetizers and wings and a wine bar with a more upscale atmosphere serving Portuguese cuisine and steaks. The third section of the building will consist of a casual restaurant or a coffee shop.

Each section will have its own menu and hour of operations and will be interconnected rooms.

The complex is expected to hold approximately 150 occupants, employee 10-15 people and have 20+ spots of off street parking.

According to the groups Attorney Arthur Frank, the group plans to invest over $1 million dollars in the 2,660 square foot facility.

The group was in front of the Licensing Board on Wednesday which unanimously granted Townhouse Place an all alcohol common victuallers license subject to a passed inspection.
