While I appreciate, as a reader, learning about this troubling event, the story needs more. What is “Burlington?” Is it a street name, a business? What is its full name and where is it located? Don’t assume that all readers will just know. Also, “at Burlington.” What is that? Did the stabbing occur inside a facility or in a parking lot, on a sidewalk?
I know it’s a developing story, but more information should have been included in the initial report. At the very least, the full name and location of “Burlington.” Journalism 101, guys.
