Mayor Coogan assured us the streets were safer now that some elderly woman turned in her deceased husbands single shot rife at the Gun Buyback a few months ago. The state needs to pass more laws that punish the law abiding people all the while releasing convicts with multiple gun convictions time-and-time again. This state is a joke and their policies are abject failures.
