A Massachusetts woman has no plans to move after hitting big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Debra DeCaro has won a $4 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Emeralds 50X” $10 instant ticket game.

DeCaro, who is from Andover, chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $2,600,000 (before taxes). She plans to use her winnings to pay the mortgage on her house.
Her winning ticket was purchased at Richdale,10 Railroad St. in Andover. The store receives a $40,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
