A Massachusetts man is accused of attacking a store clerk after his order wasn’t to his liking.

According to police, Thursday morning, Officers were dispatched to Dunkin’ across from the Police Station in Plymouth at 7 Home Depot Drive for a disturbance.

Upon arrival, they noticed several patrons trying to leave quickly, and were pointing to a male by the counter.

Officers noticed broken food bags, dollar bills, and various coins on the floor by a male patron who was yelling uncontrollably at a female clerk. Officers attempted to get the man to stop yelling, but he refused. The clerk was holding back tears and had visible injury to her face.

The clerk informed officers that the male had been angry about his order, had punched her in the face, and tried to steal her tip jar. He also ripped open bags of food making a mess of the store.

Several Dunkin employees asked the male to leave. He refused.

The suspect refused to identify himself to Officers for a trespass order, refused to leave, and refused to stop yelling.
Officers took him into custody for Assault and Battery, Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct and Attempting to commit a crime; to wit, larceny of the tip jar.

At booking, the male was identified as 27-year-old Gestanley Jean of Mattapan.

Nothing to see here. Let’s just all hate Mr. Trump and look at him. Let’s all ignore what really is going on.
