A new restaurant is coming to downtown Fall River, replacing an eatery that once resided at the same location.

According to Lauren Tansey of Seaport Realty who brokered the deal with Ashley Dusoe, a new deli/cafe is coming to 139 South Main Street in December, the former location of JavaHouse Chew and Brew.

JavaHouse had closed as a restaurant during COVID and had become a private event venue hoping to return to hosting breakfast and lunch again before the sale was finalized last week.

Tansey states that the owners are experienced in the hospitality industry and have combined decades of experience under their belt.

The Parkers, who ran/owned JavaHouse, are pleased to see the space will be thriving once again.
