Massachusetts State Troopers help mother in labor deliver baby girl
Troopers helped a mother in labor deliver a baby girl Tuesday night.
At around 6:30 p.m., a Malden couple pulled into the Boston Barracks parking lot off Leverett Circle. The couple was on the phone with 911 and was directed to the parking lot when they determined they would not make it to an area Hospital. Troopers Stephen Kavol, Anthony Wosny and Robert Foley met the couple in the Barracks parking lot.
Trooper Kavol, with the assistance of Trooper Wosny and Foley, was able to assist with the successful delivery of a baby girl. Boston EMS transported the parents and baby to Massachusetts General Hospital.
