Liberty Utilities, Ferreira Construction, and Century Paving announce construction, milling, and paving for week of August 22nd

A bulletin has been issued to give residents and drivers a heads-up concerning construction, milling, and paving that is expected to take place in the city.

According to Liberty Utilities and Ferreira Construction, the following Fall River streets are expected to have road construction for the week of August 22nd. Delays and road closures are possible at these locations:

Caroline Street
Consul Street
Hawthorne Street
Maple Street (heading west towards Linden Street)
Plymouth Ave near Rodman Street
Prospect Street – This work will happen over the next 3 Saturdays between Linden Street and Hanover Street
Savoie Street
Saxon Street
Tower Street

Century Paving – Milling and Paving Work

Monday 8/22/22 Milling the following streets:

Florence Street – (Ray Street to Dead End)
Eastern Avenue – (North Bound side Jepson Street to Campbell Street)
Pleasant Street – (Choate Street to Boutwell Street)
Everett Street – (Pleasant Street to Alden Street)
Boutwell Street – (Pleasant Street to Alden Street)

Tuesday 8/23/22 Milling the following streets:

Choate Street – (Pleasant Street to Bedard Street)
Maynard Street – (Eastern Avenue to Choate Street)
Norte Dame Street – (Pleasant Street to St. Joseph Street)
St. Joseph Street – (Eastern Avenue to Mason Street)
Mason Street – (Pleasant Street to County Street)

Paving of these streets to follow on Wednesday 8/24/22 and continue thru Friday 8/26/22
