Forever Paws in Fall River asking for public’s help after 20+ dogs pulled from home

Over 20 dogs were pulled out of a house in New Bedford on Monday. The dogs are now at Forever Paws, and they are looking for the public’s help.

According to the shelter, the dogs are going to need medical care, routine care, and will eventually need to be fixed. They also are going to need everyday care and supplies.

In addition to those 20+ dogs, they have 22 other dogs in the shelter and 7 dogs in foster.

Of these dogs, one is waiting for surgery on her leg, one for surgery on his tail, one is being treated for heartworm, and one is pregnant.

They also have 44 cats in the shelter and 24 in foster.

Because of all this, Forever Paws is looking for monetary donations which will be used for medical care, services, and supplies. If you prefer to send items, they could use clumping cat litter, puppy food, martingale collars-large dog, flea/tick preventative, canned pumpkin, and gift cards for Amazon, Chewy, supermarkets, and gas cards.

    1. Go to Forever Paws website the fees and forms are there. These folks sound as if they have their hands full caring for all these dogs & cats. You can also see some of th animals that are up for adoption.

  1. What breeds do you have for adoption and how much is the fee? I have two pups at home now so any addition would have to play well with others 😊
