Five of these people could be found in a Massachusetts jail if the local DA bothered to apply the 1year mandatory jail sentence for possession of a firearm without a license. It’s the easiest crime to punish, but the first one the DA’s throwout in order to get something else in return. Let’s publish the amount of arrests for illegal firearms compared to the amount of incarcerations in this state.
