Fall River Police arrest juvenile on gun charges after report of person pointing gun at someone

The Fall River Police Department arrested a teen this past weekend on gun charges.

According to police, on Sunday, Officers responded to 382 Birch Street for a report of a person who pointed a gun at someone.

Officer Martin Pena arrived on scene and was able to locate the suspect.

Upon further investigation, the suspect was found to be armed with a loaded Sig Sauer P365 Handgun.

The suspect, a 16-year-old juvenile male, was taken into custody and charged with several charges to include illegal possession of a large capacity firearm.
