Fall River COVID-19 cases pass 4,700 after Thanksgiving

Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Friday.

According to the Mayor’s Office, 4,716 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 138 case increase since Wednesday.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 remain at 159. 2 fatalities were reported Wednesday. 3 fatalities were reported Monday.

241 COVID-19 cases were revealed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. A 70 case increase was reported on Tuesday. On Wednesday, 65 cases were added.
