Family looking to find off-duty nurse who saved woman’s life in Fall River
A family is looking for the public’s help to find a nurse who saved the life of one of their own.
Jim Maynard and his wife Tammy want to recognize a nurse who saved Tammy’s sister Carol.
Jim says that Carol went into cardiac arrest in her driveway on Henry Street on September 3rd when an unknown nurse was in her car with her child and saw Carol in distress. The nurse pulled over and performed CPR until emergency help arrived.
“This woman didn’t hesitate to pull over when she saw someone in need. Without her effort Carol would not be with us today.”
Jim is reaching out to the public to share this story in hopes that the nurse can be found.
“With all the negative that seems to be posted these days, this woman stopped and saved a life. We so so want to thank her. Humanity and kindness still exist in today’s world. We so so want to meet this angel so please share so we can give her the gratitude she deserves.”
According to Jim, Carol was on life support at St. Anne’s Hospital before eventually pulling through.
If the nurse that was a hero to this family sees this, please contact us so we can get you in touch with Carol’s family.
