A recent trip to a variety store turned a Massachusetts woman into a millionaire thanks to a big win on a State Lottery instant game.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Susana Lausana of Lynn is the winner of a $2 million grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” scratch ticket game.
Lausana chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $1,300,000 (before taxes). She plans on putting the winnings towards her home and is considering a vacation to Florida.

She purchased her winning ticket at D&M Variety, 99 Commercial St. in Lynn. The store will receive a $20,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
One grand prize of $2,000,000 remains unclaimed for this game.
