Crews responded Wednesday night after a vehicle ended up in a Massachusetts pond.
According to the Fire Department, Plainville Fire and Police were dispatched by the Metacomet Regional Dispatch Center for a reported motor vehicle accident on Fuller Street.
Upon arrival, crews located a vehicle that had left the roadway and entered Fuller Pond.

The sole occupant was able to self-extricate from the vehicle and was evaluated by EMS.
Plainville Fire Department personnel assisted the tow companies with the recovery of the vehicle.
The incident is under investigation.
