VIDEO: Swansea school celebrates removal of mask mandate with song and dance video
Many schools are dropping mandatory masks in Massachusetts after the statewide mandate ends Monday and one school is so excited about it that they produced a song and dance number.
Joseph Case High School in Swansea is known for their entertaining YouTube videos and this time, once again led by Principal Brian McCann, students sing and dance expressing their happiness of the new mask policy with the hope that mask mandates don’t return.
The video and song called “Tomorrow (There’s No Masks Tomorrow)” is a parody of the song “Tomorrow” from the famous musical “Annie”.
In March of 2019, McCann led a musical medley to cancel school due to a snowstorm and in April, McCann celebrated a return to full in-person learning with a Hamilton parody of “You’ll Be Back” called “And We’re Back.”
