Two stabbings reported within 30 minutes in Fall River Saturday
Fall River Police were investigating two stabbings late Saturday in Fall River.
Just after 11:30 p.m., a call came in to dispatch concerning a male who was bleeding and stabbed in a hallway at Ships Cove at 130 Canal Street. The male appeared to be stabbed more than once. When we contacted police, it was stated that they do not have any information that can be released on the Ships Cove stabbing at this time.
A male also walked into Charlton Memorial Hospital shortly before midnight with stab wounds. According to police, the victim was uncooperative and provided very little details to how he was injured and it is still an open investigation.
Both stabbings do not appear to be related at this time according to police.
