Top ten Fall River suspect wanted in stabbing in custody
A member of the FRPD top ten list is now in custody.
Deandre C. Haskett, 19, with a last known adresss of 40 Lapham Street Fall River, walked into the Fall River Police Department and turned himself in on Monday according to Fall River police.
According to FRPD, the incident, which was a stabbing, occurred in the vicinity of 30-40 Lapham Street on March 27th at approximately 10:30 p.m..
Police spoke with the 23 year old victim and were able to identify the suspect as Haskett.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Haskett who was wanted for Assault to Murder and Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon causing Substantial Injury.
It is believed that both subjects knew each other.
