Route Delivery Driver – Omega Moulding

Company Description:
Summary:
Picture Frame Moulding Company is looking for a competent induvial to properly deliver multiple stops in a day. Applicant must be familiar with local laws and DOT Rules and Regulations. Excellent communication skills are a must. This is a satellite location to the company’s main headquarters on Long Island, NY.

Specific duties may include:
– Operating a delivery vehicle (16’ Box Truck) to/from the Taunton, MA.
– Overseeing the safe loading of the vehicle in the morning and making sure all products are stored properly so no damages occur in transit.
– Obeying all DOT, local agencies and company safety directives
– Obeying all traffic laws and weight limits
– Basic knowledge and understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations
– Supervising and expediting the unloading operation at delivery sites to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of merchandise to each individual customer

Specific Qualifications Include:
– Must possess a clean Driver’s License, CDL not required, with no restrictions, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
– Ability to unload, transport goods into customers location
– Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts
– Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 85 lbs.
– Must communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
– Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
– Must be 21 years of age or older.

CDL License is NOT required.
