Job Description:

STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Bristol Community College is seeking a Head Women’s Soccer for the 2018-19 season. The Head Coach will be responsible for attending all contests and practices; and be responsible for the organization and supervision of the Bristol Community College women’s soccer program.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Reports to the Athletic Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

– Recruitment of potential student athletes.
– Maintains and recruits a database of prospects in recruiting software.
– Organizes and conducts practice.
– Supervises Assistant Coaches.
– Develops a working relationship with the student-athlete advisor in an effort to advise and mentor student-athletes throughout
