Bell & Howell Inserter Operator- 2nd Shift – Plum Direct Marketing
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Set up, adjust, and operate Bell & Howell inserter
• Read and interpret written job tickets.
• Troubleshoots problems to maintain quality standards and to keep equipment in running condition.
• Examines product often to ensure that it meets customer quality specifications.
• Cleans and maintains assigned machine to ensure its optimum operation.
• May run other equipment as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• Experience with running a Bell & Howell or similar inserting machinery
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to function under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
This is a second shift position, hours are 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM.
Experience:
Machine Operator: 2 years
