A Bristol County man has been identified as the man killed in a fatal crash late last week.
According to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey, the head-on crash occurred at approximately 11:15 p.m. on Friday in the area of 961 Washington Street in Dedham and involved an Eversource utility truck and a pickup truck.

The driver of the pickup truck, 59-year-old Michael Pitts of Taunton, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office and Dedham Police Detectives are still investigating. They have been assisting by troopers assigned to the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, the MSP Crime Scene Services Section, and the MSP Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section.
