Stabbing reported Sunday evening in Fall River
According to scanner transmissions, a reported stabbing has occurred in the city on Sunday.
The stabbing reportedly occurred in the approximate area of what is known as “tent city” off of Brayton Avenue at approximately 6:00 p.m..
The victim reportedly sustained a stab wound to the upper body.
The victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
A witness stated that there was a fight, but that has not been confirmed by Fall River Police.
Police had a name of a suspect, but it is unclear at this time if he has been located.
