Somerset Police looking for public’s help in recent theft
Somerset Police are looking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a recent theft.
According to Somerset Police, on August 15, 2019, at approximately 11:07 a.m., the unknown male pictured above entered the St. Anne’s Credit Union, located at 215 County Street, Somerset, presented a photo ID in someone else’s name, and withdrew $5,000 cash from a Home Equity Line of Credit without authorization.
The unknown male then left the bank, walking north across the bank parking lot to an adjacent parking lot where a silver sedan, possibly a Hyundai Sonata or Toyota Camry, unknown registration, was waiting. The sedan then exited the adjacent lot and drove south on County Street (MA Rt. 138).
