Sick and abandoned dog found in Fall River finally gets his forever home

A Fall River animal shelter relayed some good news this weekend.

According to Forever Paws, this sweet boy named Nugget was found as a stray and no-one came for him. He had a mass on his toe as well as a cyst on his head. He was in really tough condition.

Pound Puppies took care of Nugget’s medical issues so that he could find some companionship.

He also had surgeries with Pet Partners and spent his recovery at Forever Paws.

The animal shelter is grateful that he was able to get his new “leash” on life.
