According to Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 11:39 a.m. Thursday, Troopers assigned to State Police-Foxboro responded to reports of a single vehicle crash on Route 95 northbound in Mansfield. Mansfield Fire also responded to assist.

Upon their arrival, they located a 2009 Honda Accord that, for reasons still under investigation, left the roadway and crashed into the median striking several trees.
