North Attleboro man sentenced for abusing infant son
A North Attleboro man has been sentenced for abusing his 4 month old son.
Mark Fay, 37, was arraigned at the end of May after doctors at Hasbro Children’s Hospital alerted police to their concerns that the infant was the victim of abuse.
According to The Sun Chronicle Fay was sentenced two years in jail stemming from the assault that occurred one month after he was put on probation for giving his 14-year-old stepson a concussion.
Fay will start his jail sentence once he completes his one year term for violating probation.
