More heavy rain, wind forecast for MA, RI, CT

According to the National Weather Service, another storm arrives tonight into Tuesday with another round of steady rainfall and gusty winds. There may be a brief period of snow towards the Berkshires, before it changes over to rain Tuesday.

Rain, mainly after 11pm. Patchy fog after 4am. Low around 42. South wind 5 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday
Rain, mainly before 1pm. The rain could be heavy at times. Patchy fog before 1pm. High near 57. Southeast wind 6 to 16 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.
