Mayor Coogan seems like a nice guy; however, it also seems like he is in over his head functioning as Mayor.
Mr. Mayor should refrain from issuing meaningless politically correct statements regarding how many family members can gather in a private residence for Thanksgiving and focus on his primary task; preventing Fall River from turning into Brockton !
