A missing and endangered Fall River woman that wouldn’t leave the city alone has been located.
According to brother Rich Bardan, Cheryl Kemp, who is special needs, went missing on Wednesday.

She was located Friday by Fall River Police at the SouthCoast Marketplace.
She had left her home on foot Wednesday at approximately 1:00 p.m.
