Missing Taunton woman found dead Saturday
A woman who had gone missing has been found dead.
Jane Andrade, of Taunton, had been missing since late last week.
According to family, Jane was found in Newport waters today, April 11th.
Andrade’s car was located at Horseneck Beach last Saturday morning, by Massachusetts State Police, according to family. Her phone and wallet were left inside the car and a note was found. Andrade was nowhere to be seen.
Jane had recently battled mental illness.
Massachusetts State Police had discontinued their search by helicopter, but had been searching by boat off the waters at Horseneck Beach and going door to door in the area.
The death is not considered suspicious at this time.
