Massachusetts man arrested for Distribution of Child Pornography, given $5,000 bail
Another Massachusetts man has been caught allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography.
On September 27, 2018 Barnstable Police Detectives, with the assistance of the Bourne Police Department and Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant on Waterhouse Road in Buzzards Bay, MA. As a result of the search warrant and on scene investigation, 27 year old Justin Fleming was arrest and charged with Possession of Child Pornography as well as Distribution of Child Pornography.
This search warrant was the result of a Barnstable Police Department ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) investigation that spanned several months and focused on a computer at the Waterhouse Road address that was distributing child pornography images and videos. The on scene investigation revealed at least one computer that had the file sharing software utilized to distribute the child pornography as well as child pornography images.
Fleming was arrested and then booked at the Bourne Police Department, where bail was set at $5,000 cash. Several digital devices were seized during the execution of the warrant and are being examined as this investigation continues.
