The total number of COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts increased by 112 since yesterday.
The Massachusetts Department of Health statistics show a rise in total cases to 525.

Governor Baker stated that he plans to continue to ramp up testing with 3,500 a day starting some time early next week. In a 2:00 p.m. news conference today, Baker emphasized that with this increase testing, positive cases are likely to increase.

According to the CDC, as of March 20th, the total amount of cases in the country is 15,219 with 201 dead. Massachusetts has seen one fatality.
Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton, Easton, Raynham, Mansfield, Attleboro, and Freetown have also seen cases of COVID-19.
