Man stabbed Tuesday afternoon in downtown Fall River
A man was stabbed Tuesday afternoon in Fall River.
A call came into Fall River Police at approximately 4:40 p.m. for a stabbing on North Main Street.
The stabbing reportedly took place in the vicinity of Bank Five at 79 North Main.
According to Lieutenant Jay Huard, the victim was stabbed in the chest and hand.
Huard stated that the victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
The incident is currently under investigation.
