Man rushed to hospital by MedFlight after being run over by his own vehicle
A man has been seriously injured in Massachusetts after being run over by his own vehicle.
According to Middleborough Firefighters Local 3653, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Middleborough firefighters responded to an address on Plain Street for a man that was run over by his own utility truck when the transmission slipped.
The vehicle traveled 180 feet before stopping at the wood line of the property.
Upon arrival, MedFlight was requested immediately with a landing zone set at the church on the green.
The man suffered multi-system trauma including right femur, arm, and pelvis fractures. The patient was transported in serious but stable condition.
