Fall River sees one reported case of COVID-19 in Saturday report
Fall River saw an additional case of COVID-19 Saturday.
The City saw 1 case in today’s report, according to the Mayor’s Office. This makes the total in Fall River increase to 1,685.
The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.
The death toll from the coronavirus in Fall River stays at 113.
Sunday, Fall River added 6 new COVID-19 cases. Monday, the City was notified of 2 more cases. Tuesday revealed 13 more cases. Wednesday, 14 additional cases were announced. Thursday saw 8 more cases. Friday’s report revealed 4 new cases.

The City continues to encourage residents to practice social distancing. This means keeping a distance of 6ft between individuals. Continue to wash your hands on a regular basis, clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, and stay home as much as possible, especially when you are sick, and wear a face covering when out in public. These measures will help to limit the spread of COVID-19.
The City wants to remind residents that Government Center Reopened to the Public on June 8 by appointment only.
