Fall River sees more than double the COVID-19 cases compared to yesterday
Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.
According to the Mayor’s Office, 6,488 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 129 case increase since Tuesday.
The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.
Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 remain at 202. The City had been notified of 4 more fatalities Tuesday. There were 6 fatalities over the weekend. 5 fatalities were announced on Friday, 1 fatality Thursday, 2 Wednesday, 3 last Tuesday, and 9 fatalities over last weekend.
Thursday revealed 154 additional cases of COVID-19. Friday had 63 additional cases. 235 cases of the coronavirus were added over the weekend. 58 more cases were announced on Tuesday.
