UPDATE: Fall River police looking for missing and endangered man
UPDATE: Fall River Police have located Kevin Collins.
Fall River police are looking for the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered man.
Kevin Collins walked into St. Anne’s Hospital stating he was having thoughts of harming himself. Collins then exited St. Anne’s and was last seen heading east on Middle Street.
He is known to frequent Stop & Shop & Hartwell Commons.
